Marianne Philip

Partner in Kromann Reumert

Marianne Philip was educated at Copenhagen University (LLM. 1980) and Duke University, USA (LL.M. 1983). From 1983-1984 Marianne Philip was employed by the law firm of Shearman & Sterling, New York, USA.

In 1987 Marianne Philip became a partner of Kromann Reumert, where she primarily works with business transfers (M & A), stock exchange regulation, corporate law and general business law. Since 1989, Marianne Philip has been entitled to appear before the Supreme Court. Marianne is the chairman and member of several Danish companies and foundations, including subsidiaries of foreign companies. Furthermore, she is a board member at Duke University Law School in North Carolina and lay assistant at the Maritime and Commercial Probate Court.

Nils Marstrand

Nils Marstrand, a civil engineer and MBA from INSEAD, has since 1977 run his own company dealing with consultancy and development of planning systems for manufacturing, supply chain management and project management.

After four years with A.P. Møller, Nils Marstrand participated in establishing Peter Matthiessen, a consultancy company specialising in logistics and planning software. In 1988, Nils founded PMSIM System A/S that developed, marketed and implemented production planning system PMSIM, currently used by over 300 companies worldwide. In 1998 Nils sold his company to Intentia (now Lawson) and Nils Marstrand worked with development and sales of Intentia’s advanced planning software until 2000, where he left to start his own business. In 2004 Nils Marstrand and his business partners founded Marstrand Innovation developing and selling planning software.
