Implementation

Once your contract with a supplier is concluded, we offer to supervise the delivery until the handover.

 

Implementing a new system is rarely what a a company does on a daily basis; there are a number of pitfalls which we can guide you through safely while maintaining the progress of the project.

 

Activities in the implementation phase include:

  • Mockup specifications and participation
  • Participation in the preparation of requirement specifications for IT, WMS etc.
  • Functional testings (the monitoring of delivery activities)
  • Capacity testings
  • Moving planning
  • Definition of workflows
  • The handover procedure
  • Deficiency list follow-up
  • Current supervision of and participation in work group and steering group meetings.

 

Pure system implementations

We can assist with isolated implementation projects also.

  • In cases where our customer has a ready concept for a specific implementation project, we can assist in the development of the optimum solution on basis of the given preconditions.
  • If no defined precondions exist but merely a requirement, we can define all the essential prerequisites through the preparation of an actual concept and dimensioning basis for a future system.
