Follow-up

After the completion of the solution implementation, a focused collection of results is carried out and, if necessary, adjust system and processes.

The follow-up phase will include i.a.:

  • Key figures measuring
  • Adjustment of details according to any changed conditions
  • Cost-benefit analysis for potential adjustment of the delivered systems

The outcome of the follow-up phase is partly a debriefing on the achieved results compared to budgets, partly further optimisation in connection with new conditions that may have subsequently occurred.
