Home: Project stages > Focus
The aim is to outline the project framework, issues and future impacts. Based on interviews, rough analyses and key issues analyses, we make a first assessment of the future concept, which will be further developed through brainstorms and workshops in cooperation with our customer.
This leads to a balanced future perspective (on customers, product range, suppliers, lead times, circadian rhythms, etc.), an assessment of possible scenarios for e.g. warehouse structure as well as to the identification and prioritization of focus areas.
We report the result of the work currently and the result of the focusing is an interim report containing areas of focus, expectations to and objectives for the subsequent analysis and development.
