Long-lasting relationships
The benefit of a partnership between the customer and the adviser, as opposed to a pure customer/supplier relationship, is more than a cliché.
The complexity of the supply chain and the extent of logistics tasks, such as the establishment of a distribution centre that may take several years to complete, stress the importance of becoming acquainted with the customer and understanding the customer's business in depth.
A large part of our customers have been with us for 15 years on average. Our longest relationship dates back to 1982, a customer with whom we have resolved 15 separate logistics tasks.
The fact that so many of our customers, large, medium and small, repeatedly trust us to assist them in their logistics challenges is a great recognition of our work and an expression of confidence in our employees.
